Vladimir Putin, the new president of the United States, swears his country's expert hackers had nothing to do with his recent victory. Although he does not meet most of the requirements to become president from the Constitution, he won by a landslide, with 800 million votes from the American people. He has promised to amend the Constitution to make his presidency legal.

If they do not feel like controlling something, they simply will not do it.
